If you have been practicing in a Beginning Yoga class for a while, this is a class to build on those skills and refine poses. The class will give you an opportunity to deepen your practice. A full range of postures will allow you to continue to build strength, flexibility and stamina. Breathing exercises will help to focus the body and mind and alleviate stress. Return to your daily activities with renewed vitality, creating an overall sense of balance, well being and ease, as well as a greater sense of body/mind awareness. Wear comfortable clothes and have a mat ready. Blocks and a pillow are recommended but not necessary.
