Aging with Vitality & Mindfulness is a course covering a wide range of topics to explore how we can age gracefully. The course includes conversations on nutrition for better memory and optimal brain health, food tips for flexibility for easier mobility and better energy, supplements and herbs for better restful sleep, and some cutting edge research on the immune system and cancer as well as a healthy heart and better circulation. We will acknowledge how community and contribution can mitigate social isolation and loneliness as we grow old. We will explore learning what mindfulness is and use this mind set as a tool for being mentally clearer, calm, and curious as we age.
Dr. Barry Taylor is a trained Naturopathic Physician and healer who has practiced Naturopathic Medicine since 1978.
