Discover more comfortable and efficient ways of moving and being. The Feldenkrais Method is a tranquil, mindful form of exercise designed to improve the quality of your movement. Each class starts with a sequence of gentle movements alternating with periods of rest. Resting between moves is as important as the movements themselves, as it brings you to a state of calm while promoting effortless learning and assimilation of the practice. Our instructor will tailor the material in each class to help you increase your range of motion and gain greater self-awareness. Safe and gentle, yet challenging in surprising and satisfying ways, the Feldenkrais method will help you move more gracefully through life.

Note: Wear comfortable clothing and have a chair, a pillow, and a yoga mat (or blankets) handy. During some classes you’ll lie on a soft mat on the floor; for others you’ll sit or stand
