Description
Bread Obsession, an artisan bread bakery located in Lexington will introduce students to the fundamentals of sourdough baking. We will provide an orientation to the tools and methods we use at our professional bakery. Students will weigh out and shape our classic Lexington Sourdough Boule, score and bake loaves to bring home as well as an additional loaf to bake at home. Students will leave with their own sourdough starters so that they can continue to bake bread at home. Participants need to wear a head covering.Â
