Description
Color and color theory form the foundation of art as well as design. This class will explore color theory, increasing your understanding and appreciation of the different ways that artists use color. You will go home with understanding the difference between hue, value and saturation and how to use all three to gain the effect you want.

- 10″ circle cut out of drawing paper
- ruler or straight edge
- Paint (colors required red, blue, yellow)
- container of water
- pencil
- paintbrush
- paper towels
- mixing tray( could be a paper plate or plastic lid)
