Cooking with Company

With the winter days feeling shorter, it can be difficult to motivate ourselves to make dinner-then stay up long enough to eat it! With interactive instruction from a skilled instructor, participants get to chop, mix, or bake their way to a simply stated delicious dish in each class – with enough to share or save for another day. We will be cooking up 7-step recipes including the fabulous flavors of Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Mexican & French foods, Come join us as we expand our world and our palates in this community class. Modifications are available for allergies/dietary restrictions.  Recipes and ingrdient lists will be sent a week prior to the class beginning.

Hallie Wells is a grade 6-8 Speech Pathologist at Diamond Middle School.
