In these uncertain times, many of us are experiencing greater levels of anxiety. You might even feel an uncontrollable and intense state of fear, apprehensiveness, and stress. The stress and anxiety group series will focus on gaining perspective and peace with these challenging feelings. Participants maintain their privacy throughout the group session.

Dates: Tuesdays May 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th, from 10:30am – 11:45am
This is a 4 session course, meeting once a week using Zoom. Participants learn the general tapping format as a group, and are then muted while working on their own issues. Each session is approximately 75 minutes long and the price for all four sessions is $75 per person. Enrollment – 4 to 8 participants.
Val Miller, Certified EFT Practitioner
Located in Hadley, Massachusetts, Val works closely with clients to achieve their goals by integrating EFT tapping with other modalities. Each of Val’s EFT tapping session is tailored to your specific needs, focusing on your goals, and giving you techniques to overcome challenges and improve the quality of your daily life.
In her former career as a computer science engineer, Val was committed to teaching competency with computers and math. After discovering the benefits of hypnosis and EFT, Val embarked on her second career, similarly dedicated to helping others. Her particular areas of focus include techniques and sequences for overcoming anxiety and stress by enhancing self-confidence, sleep quality, and physical well-being.
