Description

In this class Francesca will demonstrate how to make  “la torta di Pasqua” (cheese bread).  An easy way to try your hand at authentic Italian cooking with this dish that is typically found in many places in Central Italy.   A wonderful way to practice your Italian while learning some delicious new recipes. An ingredient list will be sent prior to class and you are welcome to cook along while you practice your Italian or use the recipes at your leisure.

Francesca Bellini is a native Italian speaker from Perugia and is a certified Italian Language teacher in Massachusetts. Francesca has lived in Massachusetts with her family for over five years.
