Join us for a winter tradition here in New England, and learn all about the special process of collecting maple sap and turning it into the sweet sensation we all know and love. Participants will see how we tap the trees and then join us in our “sugar shack” to learn how we boil it into syrup, getting the chance to taste the syrup at several stages and learn about the history of maple sugaring. You’ll get to bring home a sample of this liquid gold, too! Parents are welcome to bring children. Children over 6 must register separately. No unattended youth under the age of 14.
