Description
MeiZhou Chinese Level 1 is the next step for early elementary students who have completed introductory Mandarin study, such as Level K. Using the MeiZhou Chinese Level 1 textbook and practice materials, this course helps students strengthen their listening and speaking skills while beginning to develop reading and writing abilities in Chinese.
Through a structured yet engaging approach, students will expand their vocabulary, learn to recognize and write basic Chinese characters, and form simple sentences. Lessons are presented through short stories, songs, cultural activities, and games to make learning meaningful and fun.
Prerequisite: Completion of MeiZhou Chinese Level K or equivalent basic Mandarin speaking and listening ability.
Next Level: Students who complete Level 1 are recommended to continue with MeiZhou Chinese Level 2.
