Enliven your windows, even on a gray day, with layers of color as the sun shines through your paper stars. Using translucent kite paper and a little bit of glue, we will fold and join the paper to make a paper stars. The finished stars can adorn windows, walls or cards. Materials kits containing written instructions and enough kite paper to make several stars will be supplied. Prepare a clean, flat work space and have a glue stick or white glue and a toothpick handy and enjoy a relaxing morning creating. Class is appropriate for children age 9+ or for children age 6-9 with an adult. Materials will be available for pick up at Homespun (the school store of the Waldorf School of Lexington, 703 Massachusetts Avenue) or at the LCE office prior to the workshop. The $5 materials fee can be paid in cash or by a check made payable to Homespun. Shipping can be arranged by special request at an additional cost, with adequate notice. Tuition is for one child (age 6-9)/adult pair or one individual.
