Course Code: WCRE-1 Categories: , , Tags: , ,

Whether or not you have written poetry which rhymes, you can substantially develop your rhyming ability in just a few lessons. In this course, we’ll be discussing, reading and practicing end rhyme, slant rhyme, internal rhyme and masculine and feminine rhyme. We’ll consider the roles of various consonant and vowel sounds; discover the rhyme schemes for sonnets, pantoums and villanelles; and learn to use several different rhyming dictionaries. Finally, you’ll have the option to share and receive feedback on your own writing.
