Let’s make one of Japan’s winter classics – Sukiyaki Hot Pot. A great way to join together over a communal meal. Classic Japanese seasonings, are combined with thin slices of beef, lots of vegetables, tofu, and shirataki (clear noodles). All ingredients are available at local supermarkets and Asian markets.
