Practicing Tai Chi regularly helps reduce stress, improve
balance and coordination, strengthen immune systems, and develop body awareness and confidence. This class is a continuation of the “Tai Chi II” class. The first and second sections of the Tai Chi form will be further refined along with deep breathing exercises in each class.
