Want to surprise your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day? TumbleBook cards are personal, easy to make, flirty, and unexpected. In this 2-day workshop, you will be able to create a unique TumbleBook card that you can personalize with verses and images for your special someone. On Saturday, we will focus on creating the card structure, and consider the ways you can decorate your card. Depending on your preference, your card can be romantic, funny, classic, or even New Age. On Sunday, we’ll focus on your message and style, with tips on how to make your card as unique and special as your loved one!

Annie Zeybekoglu was born in New York City, and earned her BFA from Smith College and her MAT in Fine Arts from Harvard. She has taught drawing, painting and book design in the Boston area for 25 years. Many of you will recall her 17-year tenure on the Fine Arts faculty at Lexington High School. Annie has worked as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer, and she currently works in her South End studio, drawing, painting, and creating Artists Books and unique Wearable Art. Her award wining work is in collections in Boston, New York, Turin, Istanbul, Hungary, Japan, and Poland. She lives and works in Boston and in the Aegean coastal village of Çeşme Dalyanköy in Turkey.

Please note this class will meet consecutive weekend days, Sat 2/4 and Sun 2/5.
