and selling in one’s home kitchen. This class will guide you step-by-step
through the entire process. You’ll learn how to implement market research;
price, label, and package products; find wholesale and retail customers;
set up a simple bookkeeping system; and begin the process of obtaining
legal permits. You’ll leave class with a business plan and a checklist for
