After divorce, once we’re past the details- the scheduling, the possible move, the changing status on social media, sometimes we find that – along with the relief – we are still trying to sort out who we are outside our past relationship as Married. Figuring out who you are independent of the couple you were part of can be challenging, especially if that relationship lasted a decade or two! This 3 hour workshop is an interactive reboot figuring out ‘who am I now?’ This isn’t a lecture, this is a collaboration exploring our sense of self, how we started on that journey, how we adjusted to best suit our previous partner, and now that we’re single, how to straighten that path out. Expect to be a bit vulnerable, learn a lot about how you became the person you were and start figuring out who you’d like to be. And if you’re thinking about that next relationship, we’ll be talking about how you’d like to be more authentically yourself this time. Humor is part of this process, so be prepared for a bit of fun too.
