¿Buñuelos? ¿Churros? ¿Horchata? ¿Flan? -iQue delicioso! Learn how to make authentic and traditional desserts from different Latino and Spanish speaking countries while learning about the culture and history behind each dish all from the comfort of your home. Participants will be given a supply list before each class. Parents can communicate with the Lexplorations Office to contact me for any food substitutions due to allergies. Expertise in baking not needed! Bonus: we will be learning Spanish along the way!
An appropriate level of student maturity is required as this course may involve the use of knives, a cooktop, a microwave and/or an oven. A supervising adult must be in the house to provide any needed support.

Supply list: ingredients will vary depending on the dish we are making and a master list with all the ingredients for the week will be emailed out prior to the sessions. Participants will need a kitchen for a portion of the class.
