Description
Watercolor is a translucent art medium in which the paints are made of pigments that are mixed with water to create fluid marks on paper. Each day will be an introduction to different watercolor applications and techniques with the opportunity to further explore preferential styles.

– HB graphite pencil
– Eraser
– Pencil hand sharpener
– ¾ Masking tape
– Prang (Suggested brand) Watercolor pan
– 140 lb Watercolor paper. Suggested brand/size: Canson XL Watercolor Pad – 9” x 12”, Euro Fold, 30 Sheets
– Paper towels
– Cup for water
– Salt
– Plastic wrap
– Straw
– At least 2 different brush sizes. Suggested brushes: Bright, flat, round, flat wash/one stroke
– Optional: Watercolor pencils
