Description
Let’s explore all the ways we can move our bodies! Each session will start with a yoga flow. We will practice fun and meditative breathing techniques to calm the body, mind, and help our creativity flow! We will dance to different styles of music, create our own movement sequences, and put a full dance/yoga combination together by the end of the week!Kimberly Fife is a musician, wisdom seeker, and yoga teacher for all ages. Supplies to be provided by parents:
– a clear space (indoors or outside if their WiFi extends to the yard!)
– a yoga mat, but a towel or blanket will do! Optional: a pillow
– please wear comfortable clothing
