We will notify you if a spot becomes available for the waitlisted class. To ease traffic congestion at the Hastings School there will be staggered arrival (8:45 am-9:00 am) and dismissal (2:45 pm-3:00 pm) times. Complete information will be contained in the parent packet that will be emailed after registration and before the start of the program. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"1615512086678-ad471009-29a8\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-1615512086678-ad471009-29a8\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">What if I need after-school coverage?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-1615512086678-ad471009-29a8\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lexplorations, in collaboration with Kidsborough, offers an After Care program from 3:00-6:00 pm at the Hastings School for students in grades K-5. Students must be enrolled in a Lexplorations program at Hastings to participate in this program. Please note After Care is available ONLY at the Hastings School and ONLY for Grades K-5. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"ea0d\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-ea0d\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Are lunch or snacks provided?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-ea0d\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div>\n<div>Lexplorations does not supply lunch or snacks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"abb9\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-abb9\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">What should my child bring to Lexplorations?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-abb9\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pack a water bottle, snacks, and lunch (and utensils if required) for your child daily. For younger students please also consider packing an extra change of clothes in case of accidents. Ideally students will wear sandals with straps, or sneakers. Flip-flops are discouraged.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"ad5e\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-ad5e\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">What is your Behavior Policy?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-ad5e\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Children should be able to participate appropriately in peer group activities with teacher supervision. If a child is unable to do so we will contact parents immediately to discuss next steps. We expect students in our programs to follow their teacher\u2019s instructions and behave respectfully toward teachers, staff and fellow students. If your child does not meet these expectations we will bring this to your attention.
