Description
Engage your body and mind through the art and enjoyment of a yoga practice! Yoga movement will be followed daily by insight into mindset strategies to improve academic, athletic, and overall performance skills. Some strategies include developmentally appropriate social-emotional skills including positive self-talk, the power of imagery, breathing exercises, drawing, and guided meditations. You will be engaged both physically and mentally and will leave feeling happy, focused, and ready to move about your day in a healthy way.
