Description
¿Tres leches? ¿Arroz con leche? ¿Salpicon de frutas? ¿Llapingachos? – iQue delicioso! Learn how to make traditional and authentic dishes from different Spanish speaking countries while learning about the culture and history behind each dish! Students will also learn Spanish along the way and bring home a recipe book so families can “cocinar juntos”! On the last day of the program, participants will be the “profesores” and “junior chefs” and teach the “kitchen staff” about the dishes we have made! Participants will be given a master list of ingredients that will be used in class, and families can communicate if there are any dietary restrictions that require recipe adaptations.
