Ultimate Frisbee & Disc Golf (July 13 – July 17)

Description

Frisbee freedom, skills and fun! This class is for any and all frisbee players, beginners all the way to experts, who want to keep working on their skills and get some extra playing time in! Come learn and play some ultimate frisbee, or try your hand at some disc golf. With ultimate, we will play small games and scrimmages, practice new throws, as well as work on our aim and passing. With disc golf we will work on our accuracy and power, while shooting on some informal baskets / holes. The goal will be to have fun and stay active, while also still getting some solid practice in and working on our skills and fundamentals. Come get some extra frisbee time in, stay active, and keep your frisbee skills flying high!
