Join cookbook author Debra Samuels as she demonstrates how to create a simple, and delicious, Japanese meal. Class will include how to make Onigiri (Japanese rice balls) miso soup, grilled salmon and a quick pickle. During the class Debra will demonstrate how to make 3 kinds of rice balls, miso soup with tofu, wakame seaweed and enoki mushrooms, delicious grilled salmon and a quick cucumber pickle. Ingredients and materials list will be provided prior to the class start date.
Debra Samuels is a cookbook author, food and travel writer and cooking teacher. Debra has lived abroad for more than a decade in Japan and Italy, where she studied Italian, Korean and Japanese cuisine.
