Courses

LCE offers a wide variety of programs for people of all ages. We have adult education programs in the Fall, Winter and Spring. The Fall semester begins September and runs through December. Winter classes begin in January, and run through March. Spring programs begin April and run through June.  Our children’s LEXPLORATIONS program runs for six weeks in the summer.

Summer LEXPLORATIONS:

In the summer, we have a unique children’s program called LEXPLORATIONS. This program is six separate weeks of exciting classes for children in grades K through 9 in the daytime from 9 AM till 3 PM. Extended day options are also available. Taught by Lexington public school teachers, these classes offer academic and cultural enrichment on such topics as drama, science, math, the arts, sports, and much more. Class sizes are very small and the emphasis is on the joy of learning. Each one week program costs approximately $425. Registration begins in early February. There is NO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT for this program.
