This workshop is open to all but geared towards women looking to make a career change or find a new role in the nonprofit sector. Topics will include the typical board structure, responsibilities of a board member, and how to determine the right organizational match for you by researching board job descriptions and by-laws, current member composition, and meeting attendance expectations.
