Description

This experiential workshop introduces participants to the ancient yogic practice of Seed Sounds (Bija Mantras), simple vocal sounds traditionally used to cultivate presence, focused attention, and embodied awareness. Through breath, gentle chanting, mindful listening, and moments of silence, participants will explore how sound and vibration can support a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them. Accessible to all experience levels, this practice emphasizes curiosity, resonance, and direct experience rather than musical ability.
