This yoga class is designed especially for young kids! Yoga is a wonderful way for children to build strength, flexibility, and focus while also learning to relax and manage stress. Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and calming activities, our goal is to help young learners develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Our classes will include a mix of interactive storytelling, fun poses, and calming exercises.
