Lisa Jones is an internationally-recognized and credentialed Conscious Breathing Practitioner since 1998, completing 3 years of training in 2 Breathwork traditions. She has  has taught over 10,000 individuals, supporting their journeys into the body/mind realm through her workshops and private sessions.  Lisa was the owner of Nia NH and Yoga, teaching there, at numerous holistic centers and, introductory workshops at Universities and hospitals for 2 decides before sharing her expertise with Holistic centers, plant medicine venues, and Termazcals (sweat lodges) in Ecuador, Mexico, India, Denmark, and Germany.
