Description
Starting with roots in the Nia Technique, and incorporating Sacred Circle dance, we will explore how to achieve physical and emotional well-being through movement and dance. The class will combine core and breathing exercises, blending elements of martial arts and dance in a mindful form of movement. Circle Dance is a means for joy, connecting with others, awareness and healing. Also known as Sacred Dance or World Dance, it was born at Findhorn, a spiritual community in Scotland and spread across the world. We will practice a variety of dances from various cultures.
