Mindfulness & Lovingkind- ness: A Foundation for Peace and Mental Clarity
$65.00 – $75.00Price range: $65.00 through $75.00
Description
In our fast-paced world, it is easy to become “tied in knots” by the demands of daily life. This workshop series provides a clear, accessible path to finding stillness, reducing stress, and fostering a deeper sense of connection with yourself and your community. This program is structured into three progressive sessions: We begin with the fundamentals of basic meditation, creating a quiet space to observe the mind. We will then transition into the practice of Lovingkindness (Metta), an ancient technique used to cultivate compassion, joy, and emotional resilience. We will build on our foundation by exploring how our thoughts physically manifest as tension in the body. Using insights from behavioral neuroscience, we will identify and reframe habitual, unhelpful thought patterns, offering you actionable tools to navigate challenges with grace, physical ease, and mental flexibility. Whether you are a beginner looking to establish a practice or an experienced student seeking to integrate new cognitive and compassionate techniques into your routine, these classes offer a supportive environment to explore how meditation can bring harmony to your daily life.
