Parent-Child Creative Movement (Ages 2-5)

Description

In this class we will create a joyful space for parents and children to move, play, and connect from the heart. Families will develop a toolkit of new games and movement prompts that can be woven into routines and playtime at home. Children will have the chance to develop gross motor skills and body awareness, while adults will get a full-body workout! Jane incorporates props, storytelling, and a diverse range of music into her classes. All families with young children are welcome to come dance and play!

This class is for kids ages 2-5 and their grown-up.
