Developed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Art of Living mind/body meditation techniques will introduce immediate and helpful ways to increase health and happiness no matter how busy the daily routine is.
Vinita Deodhar has lived in Lexington with her family since 2010. She has been volunteering her time teaching Art of Living breathwork and meditation sessions for the last 16 years. Professionally, she holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and is in a senior leadership role in the semiconductor industry. She believes that it is her meditation practice that helps her stay calm and focused and balance her personal and professional life, and she is passionate about bringing this transformation in the lives of everyone around her.
Uma Viswanath is a certified instructor volunteering with the Art of Living Foundation for over nine years, teaching breathwork, meditation, and yoga to individuals in communities, corporations, and prisons fostering well being across diverse backgrounds. Inspired by her own journey of transformation through meditation, she is passionate about empowering people to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and clarity in all areas of life. By profession, she works as a director at an IT firm. She lives in Lexington with her husband and son.
