Description
Dal—the ultimate protein-rich comfort food from India—is gaining global fame. Made from split lentils and traditionally served with rice, dal offers complete nutrition. In this class, we’ll make a spiced Panchkuti Dal (with five lentils) and a sweet-sour moong dal with jaggery, served with fragrant jeera rice cooked with cumin, cloves, ghee, and nuts. Join us for a healthy, hearty meal!
