Fashion Illustration and Ideation for High School Students

Every season fashion designers and illustrators come up with unique clothing designs. This April, it’s your turn! In this creative week, you will be immersed in art, fashion and global inspiration while learning about fashion designing and illustration. This course will give high school students the opportunity to explore fashion design and illustration
by creating mood boards, sketching with templates, and illustrating sketches with watercolors, markers, pencils and other mediums. You will learn how to create a custom design clothing collection on paper. This is a hands-on course that is specifically designed for those who want to work on fashion illustration and for students who are interested in art, drawing, and fashion illustration. It’s also great for those considering the pursuit of fashion as a college subject. We will not be working with computer aided design.
