Description
Most of what we call “love” is often infatuation, attachment, or projection. In this class, we’ll explore what true love might really mean: a love that is always present within us, waiting to be uncovered through awareness, presence, and inner freedom. Drawing on personal experiences and the insights of wise teachers including Byung-Chul Han, Alan Watts, Bell Hooks, Thich Nhat Hanh, Dostoyevsky and others, who indicate ways to uncover how to move beyond romantic illusions toward a more profound, liberating experience of connection. Through discussion, reflection, and guided practices, you will begin to understand love not as something to find, but as something to become.
