Description
You’ve learned to sit still and focus; now it’s time to go deeper. This class explores the next stage of meditation: working skillfully with restlessness, negative thought loops, emotional resistance, and the subtle traps of the ego. You’ll practice techniques that help you return to presence at any moment—not just on the cushion, but while walking, talking, and moving through daily life. Through reflection and guided exercises, you’ll learn to relax into awareness itself and discover meditation as a way of being, not doing. The goal is to help you experience meditation not as a temporary escape, but as a natural state that flows effortlessly through all aspects of your life. Prerequisite: Participants should feel comfortable sitting in meditation for at least 15 minutes.
