MeiZhou Chinese – Level 3

Description

MeiZhou Chinese Level 3 is designed for elementary students with a solid foundation in Mandarin, including basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Using the MeiZhou Chinese Level 3 textbook and practice materials, this course continues to build vocabulary and sentence complexity while introducing more advanced grammar structures and reading comprehension.

Students will read longer passages, engage in simple conversations, write short paragraphs, and deepen their understanding of Chinese language and culture. Class activities include dialogues, role plays, story writing, songs, and cultural lessons to keep learning interactive and enjoyable.

The course reinforces character recognition and writing, encourages greater fluency in oral expression, and introduces components of Chinese idioms and traditional stories to enrich language learning.

Prerequisite: Completion of MeiZhou Chinese Level 2 or equivalent skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking Mandarin.

Next Level: Students who complete Level 3 are recommended to continue with MeiZhou Chinese Level 4.
