Description

**PLEASE NOTE DATE AND DURATION CHANGE**With the new year comes the desire for many to better their health. Unfortunately, most resolutions to either eat better or exercise more regularly fail by February. This two-day course will give research-based suggestions on how to improve your chances of creating health goals that stick. Learn nutritional tactics for better managing weight and improving your health, including the importance of a balanced breakfast, healthy snacking, setting realistic exercise goals, and listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues. The course will also debunk nutritional myths and underscore why certain fad diets—always popular during this time of year— can do more harm than good in the long term.
