Join us for a free wellness lecture introducing practical approaches from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help you maintain a healthy, balanced body in daily life. In this session, you will learn: Practical methods to support daily wellness and energy; How to maintain health through proper diet; daily activities, and exercise; How to prevent common discomforts and improve body balance through movement, nutrition, and self-care, and how to relieve common aches and pains (neck, shoulders, back, knees, etc.) through simple self-massage techniques. This lecture is suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine is required. The content is easy to follow and focuses on techniques you can practice at home.
This class is free but pre-registration is required.
